I work with Nurseries, Preschools, Childminders and Out-of-School provisions, to help raise the quality of settings.

My name is Leanne and I am the founder of 60 little months. I have a BA Hons degree in Children’s Special Educational Needs and Inclusive Education. I have over 20 years of professional experience across the London and Essex area with the NHS, councils, local authorities, and various educational establishments, predominantly in the early years.

I work with Nurseries, Preschools, Childminders and Out-of-School provisions, to help raise the quality of settings. I equip early years providers with the knowledge and skills to identify strengths and areas for improvement. I encourage providers to consider; is our curriculum ambitious enough? How do I monitor if the impact of our curriculum is highly effective? How do I ascertain if our ‘cultural capital’ is really making a difference? What should I expect on a learning walk?

I ensure that I do not rely on initial training and qualifications to inform my practice. I regularly attend refresher courses, read current research and liaise with many highly skilled professionals to ensure that I am providing you with the most current information and guidance. As an independent early years consultant, I have the flexibility to tailor packages to meet the specific needs of individual clients, such as yourself.

My hope is that in their first 60 little months, all children – with the support of parents, carers and early years settings - can build secure attachments and develop a curiosity for the wonder of this world to inspire them for life-long learning.
